CAUTION: CONTAINS BONES. Keep refrigerated.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season pork chop as desired and grill at 325°F for 8 - 12 minutes per side, removing when meat reaches internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare doneness or 150°F for medium doneness. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting/serving.
Other Option: Air fry pork chop at 370°F for 7 - 10 minutes per side.
