  • To thaw chicken breast place individual packages in refrigerator overnight or 1-2 hours in cold water. Oven Method 1. Preheat oven to 375°F 2. Place thawed chicken breasts on a foil lined backing sheet 3. Bake 25-30 minutes* or until internal temperature reaches 165°F Stovetop Method 1. Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with 1/4c of oil and heat over medium heat. 2. Add thawed chicken breasts and brown approximately 2 minutes* per side. 3. Reduce heat to low; cover skillet and cook approximately 15 minutes* or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning 3-4 times. Grill Method 1. Spray grill with non stick cooking spray. 2. Heat charcoal 20 minutes until ash covered or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed on Medium/High heat. † 3. Grill thawed chicken breasts, cooking 18 minutes* on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. †Hold palm just above grate. If heat causes you to pull away in 5 seconds, heat is ideal. *Cooking times based on a 3.5 oz breast fillet, times may vary with size; Always cook to 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
