For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Cook thoroughly. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands, after touching raw meat or poultry. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- To thaw chicken breast place individual packages in refrigerator overnight or 1-2 hours in cold water. Oven Method 1. Preheat oven to 375°F 2. Place thawed chicken breasts on a foil lined backing sheet 3. Bake 25-30 minutes* or until internal temperature reaches 165°F Stovetop Method 1. Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with 1/4c of oil and heat over medium heat. 2. Add thawed chicken breasts and brown approximately 2 minutes* per side. 3. Reduce heat to low; cover skillet and cook approximately 15 minutes* or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning 3-4 times. Grill Method 1. Spray grill with non stick cooking spray. 2. Heat charcoal 20 minutes until ash covered or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed on Medium/High heat. † 3. Grill thawed chicken breasts, cooking 18 minutes* on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. †Hold palm just above grate. If heat causes you to pull away in 5 seconds, heat is ideal. *Cooking times based on a 3.5 oz breast fillet, times may vary with size; Always cook to 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
