    Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Place chicken breast on grill about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Cook for 25 – 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken breast on a baking sheet and cook for 20 – 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
