Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal 30 minutes until ash covered, or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat, 375°F (hold palm just above grate, heat is ideal if it causes you to pull your hand away in 4 seconds). Season meat as desired and grill for 5 - 9 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare doneness or 150°F for medium doneness. Let meat rest 10 minutes before cutting/serving.

    Other Option: Air fry at 370°F for 6 - 8 minutes per side.
