Remove husk before eating.

Steam: For best results, steam tamales with open end facing up in pot with vegetable steamer 13 - 15 minutes, until soft, moist, and internal temperature reaches 165°F. (For quantities less than a dozen steam for less time.)

Microwave: Remove 2 - 4 tamales from package and place on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel and Microwave approximately 1 - 1.5 minutes until tamales are soft and hot.
