Ingredients
Seasoned Beef Sirloin for Fajitas (Beef Sirloin, Water, Seasoning [Salt, Sodium Lactate & Sodium Acetate, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphates, Paprika, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Natural Flavor, Papain]), Mexican Style Marinade (Canola Oil, Spices, Extractive Of Paprika, Dehydrated Jalapeno, Salt).Allergens and safety warnings
Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Place skirt steak on grill and cook for 10 - 15 minutes per side. For medium rare doneness, remove skirt steak when internal temperature reaches 140°F (or 150°F for medium doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing across the grain and serving.
