    Ingredients

    pork achiote seasoning(garlic, salt, onion, spices, monosodium glutamate, annatto(color), soybean oil(processing aid)

    Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Grill for 4 - 8 minutes per side to desired level of doneness. Remove chops at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium. Let meat rest 10 minutes before cutting/serving.

    Other Option: Pan broil at medium-high heat for 4 - 7 minutes per side.
