Ingredients

Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (about 375°F is ideal). Place lamb chops on grill and cook for 12 – 15 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Other Option: Oven-roast lamb chops at 350°F for 30 – 50 minutes.
