    Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill sirloin about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Cook on an open grill for 12 – 15 minutes/side, depending on thickness. Remove when internal temperature of sirloin reaches 145°F. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain to serve.

    Skillet: Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat skillet on medium-high heat for 1 minute. Cook sirloin for 5 – 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Flip frequently to avoid burning. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly cut across the grain to serve.
