    Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Place kabobs on grill about 4" above medium heat (375°F). Cook for 22 – 24 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (medium-rare doneness).

    Air Fryer: Place kabobs in air fryer basket. Air fry at 370°F for 12 - 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time, or until internal temperature of meat reaches 145°F. Let rest in air fryer for 2 minutes before serving.
