Contains: MILK. Keep refrigerated. Ready to cook.- Skillet: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 4 Tbsp cooking oil. Add only the waffle fries to the skillet and gently toss in oil. Pan fry for 18 – 24 minutes or until desired crispness is reached. Gently flip the fries throughout cooking. When desired crispness is reached, add cheese, bacon, and green onion on top of fries, cover, and reduce heat to low. Continue to cook for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and brisket reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread waffle fries in single layer. Bake waffle fries for 20 – 30 minutes, or until desired crispness is reached. Add bacon, cheese and green onion on top of fries and place back in the oven for 2 – 3 minutes until cheese is melted and brisket reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Air Fryer: Air Fry waffle fries for 15 – 20 minutes at 370°F until desired crispness is reached. Shake the basket halfway through cooking. When desired crispness is reached, add bacon, cheese and green onion on top of fries and air fry for 2 – 3 minutes until cheese is melted and brisket reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
