Keep Refrigerated.- Heat charcoal for 40 minutes or gas grill for 10 mins with lid closed. Grill 4" above Medium-Low heat (375 degrees surface temperature is ideal). Cook 25-35 minutes with lid closed. Turn after 10 and 20 minutes. Remove when 165 degrees internal temperature.
