    This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cook thoroughly. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Arrange charcoal in half of the grill and heat 30 minutes, or heat one side of a gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Sear meat directly over heat for 3 minutes per side then move to cool side. Cook 12 - 18 minutes with lid closed.
    For a 2" steak, cook 15 - 20 minutes.

    Keep air temperature in chamber 350°F - 400°F. For Medium-Rare, remove when internal meat temperature reaches 140°F. Let stand 10 minutes.
