Lighting Instructions: 1. Prepare the briquets. Pile briquets into a pyramid shape. Add H-E-B Lighter Fluid to briquets according to lighter fluid package instructions. 2. Light briquets. Ignite briquets with care. Leave grill uncovered while briquets burn. 3. Start grilling! Wait for briquets to ash-over and flames to die out. Use heat-safe tongs to spread pyramid of briquets into a flat, single layer before grilling.
