  • You'll Need:

    1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    ¼ tsp salt
    ½ tsp pepper
    Additional seasoning (optional)

    Place kabobs on a baking sheet. Using a brush, apply a layer of oil to all sides of the kabobs until evenly coated. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over the kabobs.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Space out the kabobs evenly on a greased baking sheet. Cook for about 25 - 30 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved and rotate halfway through cooking time. Carefully remove from oven and let cool slightly. Serve and enjoy.
