    Allergens and safety warnings

  • Oven:
    Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a foil lined baking sheet with oil and place lobster tails on top. Bake 13 - 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Serve hot.

    Pan Sauté:
    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium to high heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to the skillet, then cook the lobster tails for 3 minutes meat side down. Add the butter to the pan and turn the heat to low. Flip the tails and baste with the melted butter 1 - 2 minutes. Serve hot.

    Grill:
    Heat a closed grill to 450°F. Clean and oil grates well, then wrap lobster tails in a foil pouch and cook undisturbed with meat side down for 2 minutes. Flip foil with tongs and continue to cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Serve hot.
