    Contains: TROUT. Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Season steelhead trout as desired or marinate. Measure fillet at its thickest point and bake skin side down in upper 1/3 of oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque. Ensure fillet reaches an internal temperature of 150°F.
