  • Beef Chili: Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large pot over medium-high and add seasoned beef. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, break up beef into pieces and cook for 10 - 12 minutes (or until meat is no longer pink), stirring occasionally. Add 1-1/2 cups (12 oz) of water and bring to a boil. Mix 2 Tbsp flour with 1/4 cup of water and stir into chili. Reduce heat to low, cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes or until desired texture is achieved.

Want to make this chili your own? Here's some ideas:
    • Substitute water with beer or low-sodium beef or vegetable broth
    • Stir in pinto or kidney beans
    • Add chipotle adobo
