Safe Handling: Keep refrigerated.- Beef Chili: Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large pot over medium-high and add seasoned beef. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, break up beef into pieces and cook for 10 - 12 minutes (or until meat is no longer pink), stirring occasionally. Add 1-1/2 cups (12 oz) of water and bring to a boil. Mix 2 Tbsp flour with 1/4 cup of water and stir into chili. Reduce heat to low, cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes or until desired texture is achieved.
