• 12 to 14 lbs Turkey
• 1 package (16 oz) stuffing
• 1 stick (8 tbsp) margarine or butter
• 2 1/2 cups water or broth
Stove Top Directions:
1. Heat water/broth and butter to a boil, remove from heat.
2. Stir in contents of bag. Toss lightly with a fork until moist throughout.
3. Cover for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Microwave Directions:
1. Heat liquid and butter in a microwave safe dish to boil.
2. Stir in contents of bag. Toss lightly with a fork until moist throughout.

Stuffing A Turkey:
Just before roasting, spoon prepared stuffing loosely into body cavity. Because stuffing expands during roasting, do not overstuff bird. Close poultry opening with skewers and roast as usual. Turkey is done when meat thermometer inserted in thigh reaches 180°F and center stuffing reaches 165°F. Remember to remove any leftover stuffing from bird after serving and refrigerate.
Casserole Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan; add stuffing mix to bowl and pour melted butter over stuffing mix; stir in liquid (broth or water) into stuffing mix
3. Add stuffing mixture into greased casserole dish; Cover with foil and bake for 25 min; remove foil, blend the stuffing and cook for another 15 minutes uncovered.
4. Remove from oven, fluff with fork and serve.
