  • Mongolian Beef Stir Fry

    1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 package H-E-B Mongolian-style cooking sauce
    ¼ cup green onion, thinly chopped (optional)

    Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and flank steak. Cook until no longer pink. Add cooking sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes or until beef is cooking through (145°F). Serve over a bed of rice or noodles and top with green onion (if desired). Makes about 4 servings.
