Preparation Instructions

1. Add meat and 8 cups water to an 8 quart stock pot over medium heat. 2. Simmer slowly. Skim gray foam from top until broth is clear. 3. Remove vegetables from bag & add to the stock pot along with seasonings from the seasoning packet. 4. Simmer, covered, over low heat 1 hour or until meat is tender. Keep refrigerated.
