Do not overcook. 2 Cups Broccoli: 1 cup water; 3 to 4 minutes cook time. 4 Cups Broccoli Spears: 2 cups water; 6 to 7 minutes cook time. Microwave: Place frozen H-E-B Broccoli Spears and water in microwave-safe bowl covered with plastic wrap. Cook for appropriate time or to desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cook time. Drain; season to taste. Do not overcook. 2 Cups Broccoli: 2 tbsp water; 4 to 5 minutes cook time. 4 Cups Broccoli Spears: 1/4 cup water; 6 to 7 minutes cook time. Microwaves do vary. Adjust cooking times as necessary.
