Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash-covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season steaks as desired and cook for 5 – 9 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let steaks rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Air fry steaks at 370°F for 6 – 8 minutes per side.
