Keep refrigerated.- Stovetop: Season pork chops as desired. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes. Place pork chops in skillet and pan broil (using no oil) for 2 - 3 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium. Remove pork chops from skillet and serve. Other Options: Pan fry (with oil) on medium high for 2 - 3 minutes per side.
