Heat oven to 350°F. Shake 1 Tbsp flour inside Oven Bag. Place bag in a 9 x 13 baking pan; pour in 1 1/2 cups water and mix. Remove vegetables from bag and season with 1 Tbsp of seasoning from Seasoning Packet. Use remainder of seasoning to coat top and bottom of roast. Place seasoned roast & vegetables in Oven Bag. Close bag with nylon tie 1 inch from meat. Cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag; tuck ends of bag in pan. Roast in center of oven 2 to 2 ½ hours until fork tender and 165°F.
