1. Heat non‑stick or heavy skillet 2 to 3 minutes over Medium‑High heat. This is a non‑fat method: do not add oil. (Non‑stick spray may be used in regular skillets). 2. Season steak as desired (or after cooking if herb/slice will burn). 3. Cook 1 min/side for Medium‑Rare. Do not overcook. Remove steaks. 4. Prepare sauce, if desired. Option Pan fry. Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
