For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Heat 1 - 2 Tbsp of butter, olive oil or vegetable oil in a heavy or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Season steaks with salt and pepper or as desired. Cook steaks uncovered one at a time for 3 - 4 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Do not overcook.
