Preparation Instructions

Hot Mate: Place a mate bag in a cup of freshly boiled water. Steep 5-10 minutes. Mate Latte: Steep the mate, then add your favorite milk and sweetener. Terere (cold mate): Steep hot, than add ice and lemon or fresh mint to taste. (Store this package in a cool, dry place).
