It has a robust flavor with a hint of lemon. Eat wild with turkey, game, meat, and fish - also great in soups and salads.
Cooking: Bring contents to boil in 4 cups of water or stock. Stir, cover, simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and rest, covered, for 5 minutes. Add salt, season to taste. Fluff with fork. Serves eight. Store in a cool dry place.
