***COOKING INSTRUCTION*** Heat non-stick or heavy skillet over Medium-High heat 2 minutes add 1 Tbsp butter or oil season as desired for 3/4" thick cook 4-4 1/2 min/side until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees F OPTIONS: Bake 10 min @ 450 degree oven Grill, Poach, simmer in Soup
