Keep Refrigerated.- Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Trim excess fat and season. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Brown meat. Add 1 1/2 cups of broth, juice, or water. Add chopped vegetables. Cover tightly. Simmer in the oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender. Skim fat from pan juices and thicken for gravy.
