Peach farming and peach eating is a way of life in Fredericksburg, a custom dating back to Mark Wieser's father, Joseph, who planted one of the first peach orchards in 1928. It was natural, then, for Mark and Case, eighty-six years later, to combine the established fruit with Pequin and Hatch peppers to create a uniquely Fredericksburg, Texas sauce experience. Perfect for finishing fillets of chicken and fish, as well as pork chops on the grill, it is a craveable, colorful sauce with a generational story. Enjoy!
