1. Soak plank in tap water for at least one hour. 2. Prepare grill to a temperature of 350-400 degrees F. 3. Place plank on hot grill with tongs, close lid and heat for 3 minutes. 4. Turn plank with tongs, close lid and preheat for an additional 3 minutes. 5. Place seafood, meats, or veggies on plank, close lid an grill to your liking. 6. Remove plank from grill and enjoy. If plank is not too charred it may be used again. Clean with soapy waster and store in a dry place. Always keep a spray bottle on hand in case of flare-ups.
