They are great in chicken soup or alone when topped with sesame sauce, garlic & butter dressing, or the dressing of your choice From the remote district of Northern China. Flour comes from traditional grain mills. Noodles are made in traditional noodle shops that uses local pure spring water with organically grown grains free of synthetic: fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. Each carefully chosen quantity of grain is freshly milled, and then using the traditional oriental roll-and-cut method, the noodles are formed and naturally air dried so we can offer you a variety of oriental noodles with incomparable taste and quality Product of China.
Bring 8 cups of water to boil, add noodles (one bundle per serving), lower heat and stir. Boil gently for 6 to 8 minutes, and just cooked through. Immediately rinse under cold running water. For expiry date see front panel.
