Use: Himalayan Salt Slabs are not only incredible for enhancing the flavor of your food while delivering the benefits of 100% natural and raw salt, but they are truly a unique and fun way to cook and serve your food. Heat the slab at approximately 500 degrees for 30 minutes in an oven or on a grill. Once heated, cook food directly on the slab. It's ideal for cooking vegetables, meats, seafood, and just about anything else you enjoy making with a hint of salt. At room temperature, the bricks are perfect for serving sushi and sashimi. When cooled in the refrigerator or freezer, these slabs become gorgeous serving platters for fruits, cheeses or desserts. Entertain guests, or enjoy your own delight - have fun with your salt slab! Cleaning and Care: Wipe with a clean, damp cloth or scrub with a mildly abrasive brush to remove any remaining food particles. Avoid placing the slab under running water or submerging the slab in water. Do not use soap or detergent on the slab, as it is naturally antimicrobial. Store in a cool, dry place.
