Cooking: Place 2.5 - 3 pounds of boneless (or 4 - 5 lbs on-the-bone) chicken in a skillet. Pour in contents of jar and 8 oz of water. Simmer over Medium heat with occasional stirring for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over warm basmati rice, pasta or pita bread. Serves 10-12. Variations: Replace chicken with your choice of meat, vegetables, tofu, paneer, or cooked legumes such as kidney beans, garbanzo beans or lentils. Storage. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 5-6 days for best before date.
