Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Skillet: Preheat skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease pan and cook burgers 7 - 9 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Broil: Preheat broiler. Place burgers on a lightly greased broiler pan about 4 inches from heat. Broil burgers 7 - 8 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly spray or brush both sides of burgers with oil and place on grill rack. Cook for about 7 - 8 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Poultry should always be cooked to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
