Ingredients
ENRICHED LONG GRAIN RICE (RICE, NIACIN, IRON [FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE], THIAMINE [THIAMINE MONONITRATE], FOLIC ACID).Allergens and safety warnings
KEEP IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. LOT NUMBER AND BEST BY: ON PACKAGE TO RETAIN VITAMINS, DO NOT RINSE BEFORE OR AFTER COOKING.- Stove-Top Cooking Directions 1. Measure 2 cups water*, 1 cup rice and, if desired, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil into large saucepan. Bring to a vigorous boil. 2. Turn heat down very low, cover with a tight-fitting lid, and let simmer without lifting lid for 15-20 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and let stand covered for about 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. *For slightly drier rice, use slightly less water.
