Preparation Instructions

Dosage: Adults: One sachet in a cup of hot water not more than four times per day. Not suited to the taste of children. How to Make Extraordinarily Good Tea: Use one bag for a cup, or two for a large mug, pour on freshly boiled water and allow the tea to brew for a good four or five minutes - the active botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. If you cover the mug while brewing, or use a little teapot, you'll keep even more goodness in. Things to Note: Only use one bag at a time; you shouldn't need more than four cups a day; tranquility isn't recommended for children.
