Down Homes Meats' recipe is simple and one-of-a kind: they stuff their sausage with quality ingredients, then smoke it to perfection to give you a fully-cooked hickory smoked sausage that's bursting with flavor. Down Home Meats sausage contains only four main ingredients: pork shoulder, rib trimmings, pork loin and pork ham which is stuffed in natural casings that allows the sausage to soak up the smoke flavor during the cooking process.
