White wine. This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from our vineyards that are spread throughout the most beautiful terroirs of Sancerre. Our respect for the environmental and the terroir are the core of our work. We grow our vines with a strong biological approach. We do not use herbicides or insecticides.
