Cuvée Saint Martin is a tribute to the birth of Chablis wines and to our 1,000-year heritage of history. The legend of Saint Martin is closely linked to the village of Chablis. “One day he met a beggar to whom he gave half of his cloak that he had cut with his sword. Saint Martin's gesture is a sign of extreme generosity enshrined in his raising to patron saint of travelers. At the end of the 9th century in the historic cellars of the Obédiencerie, where the monks of Saint Martin de Tours lived, Domaine Laroche was began and has forever called this place home.
