Cooking Time: 5 minutes. Cooking Suggestions: for 8 servings, add 1 lb of pasta to 4 quarts of boiling water with 1 tablespoon of salt and stir delicately with wooden spoon only once the nests have unravelled themselves taking care of detaching eventual stuck pasta from the bottom of the pot. Keep it on the boil for the indicated cooking time stirring with care every once in a while. Due to their delicacy drain the pasta directly into the dinner plates. Add the sauce and serve hot.
