Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix 1.5 OZ

Preparation Instructions

What You'll Need: 3 lbs boneless pork shoulder, picnic, or Boston butt, well trimmed; 1 pkg Crock-Pot BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed; 1/3 cup cider vinegar; 1 cup water. 1. Place pork in slow cooker. 2. Mix seasoning mix with ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and 1 cup water until blended. Pour over pork. 3. Cover & cook 8 hrs on low or 4 hrs on high. 4. Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred, using two forks. Return meat to slow cooker. Mix with sauce and heat before serving. Do not remove cover during cooking.
