Description
The Tous Ensemble Rosé was blended from 5 different parcels of Pinot Noir from our estate vineyard in Mendocino County. The cool-weather of this AVA allows us to have many different wines picked at various levels of ripeness and flavor development while maintaining ideal sugar levels. Nearly 20 different lots were picked and fermented separately with only the best combination of the lots making it into the final blend.
A very cool growing season allowed us to leisurely pick grapes over a long period of time. This cool weather allowed us to have many different wines picked at various levels of ripeness and flavor development, while maintaining ideal sugar levels. This gave us a diverse group of wines to blend from at our blending session.
