Preparation Instructions

Step 1: Pour into skillet. Step 2: Add 2-3/4 cups water. Option: 1 cup coconut milk with 1-3/4 cups water. Step 3: High until boil. Step 4: Option: 1 lb tofu or 1 lb chicken breast (raw) 1/2 inch dice; add after 15 minutes. Step 5: Medium. Simmer uncovered 25 mins or until rice is tender.
