Grilled white meat chicken, peppers, scallions, and noodles in a sweet and spicy sesame and peanut sauce. Dinner for 2 in 10 minutes. Inspected for wholesomeness by US Department of Agriculture. This was one of the most popular dishes at my store - tender grilled chicken and noodles in a sweet and spicy sauce. Even Better: Sprinkle with chopped fresh scallions. Nothing tastes better than a freshly cooked dinner made with great ingredients. Barefoot Contessa Saute Dinners are produced in the world's first LEED certified frozen food manufacturing plant. Preparation Instructions

Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen - cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F before serving. Stove-Top Cooking Method - Recommended: 1. Thaw sauce packet in a bowl of warm water, set aside. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat. Immediately add chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry for 7 to 8 minutes. 3. Add sauce and stir for 30 seconds, until hot. Cook rice: Do not tear or puncture steam pouch. Microwave on full power 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately. Stove-tops and skillets vary. Cooking times may need adjustment. Microwave Cooking Method: Thaw sauce packet in a bowl of warm water, set aside. Set aside rice pouch and place sauce and all frozen contents of package in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and cook on full power for 6-7 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Cook rice: Do not tear or puncture steam pouch. Microwave on full power 2 to 3 minutes. Open pouch with caution. Steam will be hot. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times may need adjustment. For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions.
