Sea Bass Provencal: Rinse 4- 6 ounce filets of Chilean Sea Bass under cold fresh water. Slice 2 lemons into 1/4 inch slices. Place the lemon slices on baker's parchment or aluminum foil. Place the filets on top of the lemons. Generously sprinkle the contents of the package over the fish, add 1 tablespoon butter to the top of each filet and pour 2 tablespoons of white wine into the parchment. Seal the parchment containing the filets on a cookie sheet. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree F oven for 18-20 minutes. Serve with rice pilaf and fresh bouquet of vegetables.
