Preparation Instructions

Fried Coho Salmon: Dip 2-4 ounce sections of salmon into wheat flour until completely dry. Dip dried product into 1-2 throughly mixed eggs. In a hot skillet heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. While this is heating dip battered fish into breading mix. After throughly coating product with breading dip into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Turn and repeat. Serve with vegetables and salad.
