Preparation Instructions

Bayou Breaded Catfish: Place Cajun Catfish Rub in pie plate. Soak 2 filets of catfish, redfish, cod, or rockfish in milk. Remove filets from milk and dredge or coat the filet by placing the filet in the seasoning. Turn and throughly coat fish with the breading. Pour oil into frying pan and heat to 350 degrees F on Medium High heat. When oil is ready, dip seasoned filets into oil and cook until done. Turn filet at least once. Serve with dirty rice.
